| Dear Gary, I have waited a couple of months after installation of our Regency gas stove to write you. I wanted to make sure that after a couple of months we were as happy with the stove and installation as we were at first. Guess what? We are happier!!! As you remember we had purchased two **** brand stoves in the past from the Fireplace Shop. We were fairly happy with them so you had to do a little selling to get me to switch to Regency. It was a good decision. After having the Regency, I now know it is the best stove. I cannot imagine any stove being better. Our home is 2700 square feet on one floor. We turn the stove on about 4PM, and our furnace never runs after that, and the stove heats the whole house. Also the U45 free standing model that we have, must be the quietest on the market. We can barely hear it. Gary, I also want you to know that your installing team of Duard and Glenn are real craftsmen. They did a perfect job from start to finish. They crawled under the house and fed the thermostat wire to the opposite side of the room, for a more accurate operation. (Your competition was going to run the wire on the SURFACE of the wall!)
